3 piece strengthening kit for front of engine case to frame, machined aluminum spacer tube with bolt and nylock nuts, no shimming required, designed and manufactured by c4 engineering to address engine case breakage at the front mount due to chassis flex, these kits are $29.95, they are not a free warranty item as cannondale has never produced there parts that service bulletin 03-001 requires. Will fit all ssm and no-ssm engines cases for quads and motorcycles. See cannondale website for SB03-001 instructions.

New 5^th gear ratio for your atv or bike. Our new gear set closes up the gap between 4^th and 5^th and gets rid of the large RPM drop.2^nd to 3^rd shift at 10500 Rpm drops to 8600 from 3^rd to 4^th also drops to 8600 Giving you a much better pull through the gears. $285.00.

ATTENTION:

New steel gears for the engine oil scavage pump and the trans oil pump along with the steel idler replace the weak plastic gears for trouble free oiling system operation. These gears will have holes in them (Not shown in this pic) to reduce rotating mass. The idler gear will have a bearing in it to reduce rolling friction. $245.00

ATTENTION:

New clutch basket and primary drive gear have ground teeth making them stronger and much more quite than the stock cut gears. If you don’t like the engine noise of the Cannondale this basket and gear will remove 25/30% of the noise out of the engine. The clutch basket will use a bearing to support it, not a bushing. $346.00
